Covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including structural defects, electrical component failure and LED malfunction. Send your order number with photos or a short video and we will repair or replace when applicable.

Will my photograph be cut off?
We start with your whole photograph. You can crop its width and height separately, then choose how much space it takes on the shade. Fit selected photo keeps the selection complete. Widening it may crop the top and bottom; check the layout and 3D view before confirming. Plain areas are part of the lampshade, not missing image.
What does the preview show?
A rotating, assembled lamp with your photo mapped into its surface. The unlit preview is illustrative, not a manufacturing proof or a prediction of the illuminated result.
What about materials and returns?
The shade is finely layered and 3D printed. Please read the brand’s material information and personalized-order terms before purchasing.

The Drum takes up to 4 photos in the designer. One clear photo is enough. If you want to combine more, ask us before ordering.
Can I see my lamp before I order?
Yes. The designer on this page shows a 3D preview you can turn, a room view and a light on and off view. The preview is a digital simulation, not a manufacturing proof, and the physical texture and lighting can look different.
Can I add text or change the colors?
Ask before ordering. We do not assume a request is possible until we have looked at the lamp and what you want.
Can I return a personalized lamp?
Personalized lamps are made with your chosen image, so they are excluded from change-of-mind returns. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Returns & order issues
