Why doesn't my light work?

If your lamp is not turning on, try these steps in order.

1. Reseat the bulbRemove and reinstall the pre-installed OVLIGHT bulb.
2. Test the bulbTry the OVLIGHT bulb in another light, and a compatible bulb in your OVLIGHT lamp.
3. Try another outletPlug the lamp into a different outlet to rule out an electrical issue.
4. Check the cordWith the dimmer switch on, gently move the power cord near the base and around the dimmer switch to check for a loose connection.
